Château de la Tour

Château de la Tour was built in 1890 in the upper part of Clos de Vougeot, and has belonged to the same family ever since. Château de la Tour is the largest owner of Clos de Vougeot, and the only one to vinify within its walls. It produces some of the finest wines in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. This benchmark estate in the famous Clos de Vougeot vineyard rightly enjoys a worldwide reputation.

Today,Château de la Tour is run by François Labet, who perpetuates the traditional know-how of his unique terroir. Château de la Tour 's Clos-Vougeot is one of Burgundy's exceptional "Grands Crus", with a strictly limited production (35 hl/ha) of Pinot Noir. The exceptional quality of Château de la Tour wine is recognized by wine-lovers and specialist journalists alike as a Grand Cru de Tradition par excellence.
