Domaine Stéphane Aladame
Created in 1992, Domaine Stéphane Aladame now covers 6 hectares, including 4.5 hectares of Montagny 1er Cru, a relatively unknown appellation that is gradually establishing itself as a great opportunity for wine-lovers to make discoveries, as well as a sure-fire winner in Burgundy. Stéphane Aladame strives to give it its letters of nobility, through rigorous work and constantly improving know-how.

The vineyards of Domaine Stéphane Aladame are cultivated using integrated pest management and organic viticulture methods: work carried out with respect for the soil and terroirs, where the use of chemical fertilizers is banned, with the aim of obtaining healthy, high-quality grapes with moderate yields. Hand-picked grapes are followed by natural vinification, with no yeasting or enzyming. Despite his young age, Stéphane Aladame boasts a wealth of experience and is already one of Montagny's leading names. Domaine Stéphane Aladame wines express their terroirs and reveal a true personality. Today, they are served at some of France's finest tables: Lameloise, Ducasse, Gagnaire, Bocuse...
