The vineyards of Domaine Stéphane Aladame are cultivated using integrated pest management and organic viticulture methods: work carried out with respect for the soil and terroirs, where the use of chemical fertilizers is banned, with the aim of obtaining healthy, high-quality grapes with moderate yields. Hand-picked grapes are followed by natural vinification, with no yeasting or enzyming. Despite his young age, Stéphane Aladame boasts a wealth of experience and is already one of Montagny's best-known names. An intense wine with hints of muscat, ripe fruit and honey, round and delicious on the palate, with surprising aromatic complexity.
