Clos de l'Anhel
Sophie Guiraudon, an oenologist, moved to the Corbières region in 2000 after working with other estates. The Clos de l'Anhel vineyard covers 12 hectares at the foot of the Alaric, on limestone hillsides reaching 300 meters in height and surrounded by rich biodiversity. From the outset, Sophie Guiraudon turned to organic farming, using liquid manure and herbal teas. She planted 200 trees and installed nesting boxes for chickadees and bats (major insect predators).

In the cellar, the emphasis is above all on the quality of the grapes in order to intervene as little as possible in the production of Clos de l'Anhel wines. In short, these are vibrant, honest wines, imbued with their terroir, expressing themselves as freely as possible under the benevolent authority of the winemaker.
