Château de Gaure
Since 2005, the FABRE family, winegrowers from father to son for five generations, has been part of the long history of Château de Gaure.
The 66-hectare vineyard consists of several terroirs:
Château de Gaure and Campagne sur Aude in the Limoux AOC, Latour de France and its surroundings in the Roussillon AOC.
From the vineyard to the cellars, Pierre FABRE respects the fundamentals of nature to allow the typical characteristics of the Château de Gaure terroirs to express themselves. Certified organic since 2008, the conversion to biodynamics began in 2018.
