Malepère
The appellation Malepère is the most westerly of the Languedoc, established on the terraces and hillsides along the eponymous massif. The appellation area covers 39 communes. One of the special features of Malepère is that it features the grape varieties of the Southwest (Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon) and those of the Mediterranean, with Grenache, Cinsault and Cot. The appellation Malepère produces only red and rosé wines.

The climate is Mediterranean with an oceanic influence. Malepère is located on hillsides with clay-limestone soil, between 100 and 300 meters above sea level.

"A round, well-structured and harmonious Malepère, a must-see!

A Malepère dominated by Merlot, with a powerful nose of red fruit and spicy notes, vanilla and eucalyptus to refresh the ensemble. It is characterized by good volume and remarkable aromatic persistence.
