"Nothing wrong with the wines, their choice and quality. The delivery service, on the other hand, is deplorable. I paid for home delivery. When the delivery is announced, I inform the delivery person on the platform that I won't be there on the proposed day and that I would like to postpone the delivery by 2 days. This was taken into account on the platform. But several days later I receive nothing! After a while, I phone an operator who informs me that my parcel has been delivered to a relay point, without me ever being informed. I could have waited a long time. As far as professionalism goes, it's a real shambles."

"Wide choice with the possibility of ordering by the unit which allows you to taste and discover producers and regions. A small problem with the order that was debited twice, but customer service was very responsive and the correction was made as soon as possible. On the other hand, for the 1st time, delivery was not great. Planned to arrive before 1pm, delivery took place late in the afternoon, with messages postponing delivery by 2 hours each time. In short, I spent the afternoon waiting for the delivery. I'm sorry, it would have been preferable to postpone the delivery with 1 respected delivery slot.
