Cartology is an invitation to explore the Cape heritage through a blend of very old Chenin Blanc and Sémillon vines. This white reveals intense aromas of ripe pear, honey and citrus. Supported by excellent acidity on the palate and a floral touch, it's a real treat for the taste buds! - Very limited quantities!
