Dany and Michel Rolland are convinced that unique and exceptional wines could be produced in this mountainous pre-Cordillera landscape.
The Cafayate region lies a few hundred kilometers south of the Tropic of Capricorn, at an altitude of 2035 meters, and enjoys a very special climate with alternating hot days and cool nights.
Seduced by the remarkable potential of an old Malbec vineyard perched at an altitude of 2035 metres, Dany and Michel decided, together with their Argentine friends, to put all their passion and know-how into producing the wines of San Pedro de Yacochuya.

San Pedro de Yacochuya - Torrontes 2015
Cafayate|White wine
5/5 (2 reviews)
90/100 Robert Parker
"The 2015 Torrontès shows the white flower and orange peel notes typical of the grape variety but in a subtle way, with some citric and balsamic touches. The palate is very fresh, with sweet-and-sour aromas and a fresh, dry finish. Ideal with light cuisine." (Wine Advocate 2016 - Robert Parker)
San Pedro de Yacochuya 2014
Cafayate|Red wine
3.7/5 (3 reviews)
91/100 Robert Parker
"The San Pedro de Yacochuya 2014 is a blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon grown at an altitude of 2,080m [...]. It's a powerful, concentrated red, quite wild, with aromas of ripe black plums and a touch of raisin, juicy and with abundant tannins." (Wine Advocate 2015 - Robert Parker)
