"A 100% Semillon direct from Australia, floral and aromatic, to drink or to keep!"

"Hard to believe that a wine with so much bright, crisp pear, starfruit and fresh herbs has less than 11% alcohol. The body is very slender and the finish is quite hard, but it's the fruit that wins! To drink or to keep" (James Suckling 2022) - Screw cap

"A solid, fruity and delicious Syrah according to James Suckling!"

"This wine shows true Syrah character with ripe strawberries and sweet tobacco with hints of bark and nuts. A little tile, too. Spicy. Medium-bodied, with lots of juicy fruit and a delicious finish. Solid Syrah. Drink now. Screw cap." (James Suckling 2022) - Screw cap

"Smooth, concentrated and detailed, enjoy this high-value blend!"

"The 2021 Vat 8 Shiraz / Cabernet is composed of 60% Syrah and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon (from McLaren Vale). The two varietals were aged separately in small French oak barrels (225 liters), then blended in November 2021 before being returned to oak for a further five months. It only takes a little Cabernet to see the effect on flavor and structure, and here, with a 40% inclusion from McLaren Vale, the impact is huge. The wine is sweet, concentrated and detailed, with fine, refreshing, mineral Hunter Valley characters in the syrah component (blood plum, pomegranate and a skein of fine, savory tannins) and loads of leafy, blackcurrant fruit and firm tannins from the McLaren Vale cabernet component. The two are a perfect match. The focus of the elegant 2021 vintage is perfectly suited to this blend. It offers more balance and detail than many Syrah and Cabernet blends produced here in Australia, and it's all the better for it. 2023-2041" (Wine Advocate 2023) - Screw cap

"The nose has a subtle nuance of purple fruit with a soft, leafy frame in spring, on red cherries, plums and fresh oak. The palate has such tension and firm, dense but fine tannins - from the barrels used here - with very attractive plum and red blackberry as well as lightly toasted notes. Drink it or keep it." "This is a strong vintage of cuvée Vat 1, from a hot, dry season. The nose is full of yellow lemon and light toast with a very attractive purity. The palate is reminiscent of Teflon, soft and pure. Highly polished and pure, with immaculate lemon flavors. Long and fresh. Drink or keep." (James Suckling 2020) Screw-cap packaging

This Shiraz is a fine representative of Australia's potential. Its purple color and intense nose of red fruits and spices are typical of the terroir and grape variety. The palate is lively, concentrated yet airy. Ready for this gustatory journey? Packaging in screw cap
