Domaine de la Conseillère
Domaine de la Conseillère, located near Juliénas on a south-facing hillside, has been run since 2010 by the Vincent family, who also own Château Fuissé in Burgundy.

The Domaine de la Conseillère vineyard covers an area of 2.48 hectares, planted on soils dominated by granite and schist, benefiting from excellent drainage that is particularly favorable to vines. Work in both vineyard and winery is carried out with rigor and care, in the great Beaujolais tradition.

Domaine de la Conseillère wines are produced with a focus on fruit expression, concentration and delicate tannic structure, to ensure good ageing potential.

89/100 Robert Parker

"The third vintage from this seven-hectare estate, the Vincent du Château Fuissé have produced a Juliénas 2011 that blends juicy raspberry notes with a hint of rose. Satisfying and refreshing on the palate, it compensates for its relative simplicity with undeniable charm, with a lovely salinity on the finish that makes it salivating, long and slightly bittersweet. Judging by my experience with other, more upmarket wines in the appellation, it will enjoy very well, right through to 2016." (Wine Advocate - Robert Parker)
