Château Fuissé
The clay-limestone soils give Château Fuissé wines both structure and elegance. The vines are cared for in the traditional way, using integrated viticulture methods and only organic fertilizers to preserve the terroir. The soil is worked on a plot-by-plot basis to limit erosion and ensure respect and authenticity. Château Fuissé vines are harvested separately by hand, according to "climats", and are mostly located in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. Finally, traditional Burgundian vinification and several months' ageing in oak barrels make Château Fuissé cuvées undisputed references in South Burgundy.

"Saint-Véran 2022 comes from clay-limestone soils around Davayé, plus a few parcels in the hills. It was bottled early, in May 2023. The bouquet is well-defined and concentrated. It's a little laconic at first, with hints of apple blossom and a muscat scent in the background. The palate is well-balanced, with good density on entry, a slightly waxy texture, lemony citrus mingling with nutty, earthy notes on the finish. Very good." (Vinous 2023)

With its bright, limpid, light golden drape, Cuvée Les Brûlés reveals an ample nose of ripe fruit, with a discreet background of burnt sugar and grilled notes to great effect.
