Château Les Vieilles Pierres
Visit Château Les Vieilles Pierres is a two-generation family estate in Lussac-Saint-Emilion. It produces an AOC Lussac-Saint-Emilion wine from a 20-hectare vineyard on cold clay terroir. The vineyards of Château Les Vieilles Pierres are planted with 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc.

AOC Lussac-Saint-Emilion, vinified entirely in vats, opens with aromas of ripe fruit and empyreumatic notes. The Château Les Vieilles Pierres is a well-balanced wine dominated by fruit such as prune and blackcurrant. The majority of Merlot adds roundness and charm, without masking the freshness and minerality of Cabernet Franc. This blend makes Château Les Vieilles Pierres' AOC Lussac-Saint-Emilion wine even more complex.

Médaille d'Or Gilbert & Gaillard

"Deep garnet-red color. Nose of ripe red and black fruit. Full-bodied on the palate, ready to use, with a clean, long fruit presence, freshness and suppleness. A representative vintage for grilled red meat" (Le Guide des Vins 2017 - Gilbert & Gaillard) A choice Lussac!
