Château Lascombes' vineyards benefit from a great diversity of terroirs, and respect for parcel-by-parcel vinification enables the blending of rich, complex AOC Margaux wines. Château Lascombes is a long-ageing wine, concentrated, powerful and tannic, with the elegance and finesse of the great Margaux wines. The estate also produces a second wine, Chevalier de Lascombes. Selected from plots other than those destined for the grand vin, it offers undeniable charm and combines concentration, power and elegance.

"Dense garnet red. As usual, Lascombes makes no attempt to hide itself, and stands out for its charm and relevance. It manages to perfectly reconcile ageing, fruit and terroir, but its nose clearly announces that you'll have to wait for it. This last point is confirmed by the palate, where the wine is delicious, juicy, suave and fresh! There's no shortage of paradoxes... and neither is Lascombes' ability to produce great wines!
