Made in the pure Chablis tradition, this Chablis is a blend of 8 lieux-dits planted with vines over 25 years old. It is the very expression of the Kimmeridgian terroir typical of the appellation: minerality and white fruit combine harmoniously to produce a round, pure wine.

3*Star rating (High-quality production, a benchmark in its sector)

About the domain :

An old Chablis family, the Michel's cultivate the very best areas, both premier cru and grand cru. The estate is one of the very few to offer the Grenouilles Grand Cru, whose main producer is La Chablisienne. Since 1969, vinification has been carried out in stainless steel tanks, so that the wines here often start off discreetly in bottle, but their minerality reveals itself without concern after a few years' cellaring.
