Domaine Guillot-Broux
Committed winegrowers, the Guillot family has been based in Cruzille since 1978. Jean-Gérard Guillot and his wife Jacqueline created Domaine Guillot-Broux, which they managed together until Jean-Gérard's death in 2008. Pioneers in organic farming, which their ancestors had been practicing in Burgundy since 1954, Domaine Guillot-Broux obtained organic certification in 1991.
TheDomaine Guillot-Broux vineyardcovers 17 hectares and spans three villages in Mâcon: Cruzille, Grévilly, and Chardonnay. These plots of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Chardonnay are used in particular to produce a range of red and white wines under the Mâcon-Cruzille appellation.
