This Pinot Noir from the 2017 vintage delivers a red wine full of fruit and gourmandise. Its intense bouquet of fruit scents (strawberry, raspberry) and hints of vanilla is very pleasing. The palate opens with lovely volume and silky, medium-bodied tannins. Floral notes follow. Finally, the spicy finish (clove, toasted aromas) recalls its 9-month aging in oak barrels. Ready to enjoy!

Quite similar in spirit to a Burgundy red, but given the prices of these, it's easy to understand why the Americans wanted to produce comparable wines. A very nice wine, but for this price range we have more than enough of our own. For the curious.
