Champagne De Saint-Gall
The House From St. Gallen is the result of a union of cooperatives based in Avize, created in 1966. It comprises 15 cooperatives in 13 villages spread across the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and Vallée de la Marne. The main winery remains in Avize, where the wines are blended, drawn off, then undergo a second fermentation, dosage and bottling.
With 1,400 hectares, 90% of which are classified terroirs, 600 hectares of Grand Cru and 640 hectares of Premier Cru, the House From St. Gallen is the largest supplier of Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines in Champagne.
