A noble beverage with a thousand-year-old tradition

Champagne wine has enjoyed international renown since Gallo-Roman times! Until 1825, champagne was the drink served in Reims at the coronations of the kings of France. Over time, methods for preserving champagne evolved. In the 17th century, Champagne winemakers realized that their wine aged poorly in barrels. They decided to bottle it quickly. Champagne then became naturally sparkling. Today, the Champagne vineyards comprise 320 crus, spread over a delimited production area of around 34,000 hectares. The Champagne AOC is subject to very strict rules. Only certain grape varieties are authorized, including pinot noir, meunier and chardonnay. Find these grape varieties among the Coteaux Champenois appellation wines.

"A superbly balanced champagne, an exceptional cuvée for discerning connoisseurs".

"A cuvée that perfectly combines three fine terroirs and two grape varieties. Textured and full-bodied on the palate, with hints of citrus, melilot, fruit compote and apples à grenier lingering, it's delicious! The bubbles are slender, and the perfectly-adjusted dosage brings that hint of gourmandise we love." (Le Guide Gault & Millau).

"A well-structured Champagne that will be the perfect accompaniment to your festive meals!

"Cooked fruits (peach, apricot, pear) bring their slightly sweet sweetness, while toasty notes add density. Freshness asserts itself on the palate with sparkling substance. The bubbles support a very round, greedy, unctuous texture. The finish is long and persistent, with a lovely freshness and salivating bitters". (Le Guide Gault & Millau).

"Built on the 2017 harvest, this blanc de blancs delighted our tasters, who praised its straightforward nose of fresh butter and lemon. These notes carry over into a creamy, greedy and alert palate, which derives its chiseled character from the absence of dosage." (Le Guide Hachette 2024).

"A well-balanced, consistent champagne year after year, with superb value for money! A real fruity delight".

"This Champagne, which has already been honored by the Guide, uses the three Champagne grape varieties in proportions that vary somewhat from version to version (for this one: meunier 50%, chardonnay 35%, pinot noir 15%). Discreet on the nose, slightly vegetal and empyreumatic, on the palate it shows an assertive personality. Intense, frank, rich and complex, it combines honeyed aromas with fresh touches of verbena and mint". (Le Guide Hachette 2025).

"Powerful and rich, this gastronomic Champagne is an emblematic cuvée".

"Disgorged in March 2023, the new Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Vieille Vigne du Levant 2014 unfolds in the glass with aromas of crunchy stone fruit, freshly baked bread, white flowers, buttery pastry and light honey. Full-bodied, plush and chiseled, with a sweet core of fruit, tart acids and a penetrating, electric finish, this is a terrific success." (Wine Advocate 2023).

"A rare and original cuvée for this beautiful rosé with character".

"The village of Vertus is unique in the Côte des Blancs in that it is home to a historic pinot noir plantation. Here, it is blended with a little pinot gris by Pierre and Sophie Larmandier, two stalwarts of the Côte des Blancs, to give a striking rosé de saignée (obtained by macerating the pinot noir skins in the juice at the moment of pressing), with cherry and red fruit aromas. Absolutely bursting with strawberry and floral nuances, it nonetheless manages to retain a linear, concentrated energy and supple texture quite unusual for the style. A Côte des Blancs original. (Decanter 2024).

"NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Longitude 1er Cru is a powerful, full-bodied wine. Longitude builds beautifully in the glass, creamy and textured, with plenty of resonance. Pear, white pepper, dried flowers, mint and chalk are all present in this champagne that combines power and tension. This is class." (Vinous).

"The scent is so fresh! Peach, grapefruit and citrus from the hand of Buddha. Intensely, fragrantly citric. Pure, singing like a soprano. Tiny bubbles dance the white pepper ardor to the slightly smoky finish. It really does seem to float" (Jancis Robinson 2024).

"A champagne with an assertive style and great purity, which will appeal to lovers of Meunier with character".

"A fine tribute to the grandfather who planted the parcel of meunier at the origin of this cuvée over 50 years ago, to the terroir of Charly-sur-Marne, separated from the city of the Sacres by multiple meanders of the river, and a remarkable entry in the Guide for Geoffroy Naudé, who has made the most of a "winemaker's vintage", watered during the ripening phase, without the aid of dosage. Our tasters salute the precise, ripe nose of this amber-gold blanc de noirs, with its aromas of apricot, stone and dried fruit, aromas that are echoed in a round palate, held together by fine acidity: a meunier that's all about delicacy." (Le Guide Hachette 2025).

"Harmonious and long-lasting, this deep-gold blanc de noirs, made from a majority of meunier grapes, reveals all the nuances of summer fruit: quetsche, mirabelle plum, prune... enhanced by a pleasant freshness that leaves an impression of lightness". (Le Guide Hachette 2025).

3*Coup de Coeur Hachette

"An irresistibly seductive creation, with a beautiful complexity, where the Solera of the wines since 1990 is well integrated."

"This brut elicits this praise from one taster: "Beautiful complexity and well-integrated reserve wines." Made mainly from chardonnay (75%, supplemented by pinot noir for the most part), it includes wines from a solera started in 1990, a perpetual reserve partly renewed each year by a contribution of young wines that refresh the older wines, the characteristics of maturity being preserved. The result is an intense, fresh and complex nose, combining white flowers and lemon with yellow fruit and toasted brioche, well extended by a lively attack on the palate, fleshy and persistent, where the complexity of the nose is repeated: a rare harmony". (Le Guide Hachette 2025).
