Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte
A bold businessman, Henri Macquart was the pioneer and founder of the Champagne Wine Center in 1972 in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The primary objective was to bring winegrowers together to guarantee sales of their grapes. Nicolas Feuillatte, born in 1926 into a family of major wine and spirits importers, invested in the Champagne vineyards and created a champagne bearing his name in 1976. The commercial success was immediate, and he sold his brand to the Champagne Wine Center in 1986.
Today, Nicolas Feuillatte is made up of 5,000 passionate winegrowers united in 82 cooperatives. The group represents one of the largest vineyards in the Champagne appellation in terms of size, quality, and diversity. An exceptional variety of wines are selected and masterfully blended by its cellar master, Guillaume Roffiaen.
