Clos Signadore
The history of Clos Signadore began in 2001. Christophe Ferrandis, a young winemaker from Marseille who had cut his teeth in Bandol, discovered two mamelons of blue marl and calcareous schist in the middle of the Poggio d'Oletta plain. Planted with old Nielluccio and Vermentino grapes, the Clos Signadore is certified organically grown.

Clos Signadore produces a range of 4 wines in the Patrimonio appellation: A Mandria red, white and rosé, as well as an eponymous cuvée in red. The latest addition to the Vin de France range is the white and red Inizia cuvées.

mineral

"A real treat that calls for spicy cuisine".

A Mandria blanc releases fresh, subtle aromas of white flowers, citrus and pear. The palate is mineral, almost saline, with long-lasting aromas. Its Mediterranean character makes it a perfect match for seafood.

"An elegant, intense and full-bodied cuvée".

"Bright, ruby-red with good intensity. Nose reminiscent of stewed fruit, ripe profile, hint of licorice. Full-bodied on the palate, with fine tannins and good balance, we appreciate its density and freshness. Its long ageing has given it a patina, and it could evolve positively over five years or more". "THE estate's great vintage

From the estate's best terroirs, this cuvée is made from the local Nielluciu grape variety. On the nose, elegant, complex aromas of black and red fruits, white pepper, leather, cedar and undergrowth. The palate is full-bodied, straightforward and structured by tannins of great elegance and infinite length...
