Bodega y Viñedos Ponce produced its very first vintage in 2005. Founded by oenologist Juan Antonio Ponce, the latter, thanks to the quality of his terroir and his meticulous work, has propelled the small Manchuela appellation to the forefront of global viticulture. 

The family estate cultivates around 30 hectares of old vines (50 years old on average), making the most of the terroir and biodiversity by practicing biodynamic farming. Bodega Ponce is also committed to promoting lesser-known grape varieties from the Manchuela region, such as Bobal, Albilla, and Moravia Agria, which are harvested and vinified using traditional methods. 

Today, the Ponce estate is recognized and appreciated by the world's leading critics, who continue to award it sublime ratings and glowing reviews. At the peak of its art and sublimating the grape varieties it works with, Ponce is also rated by Parker and Suckling as one of the best value for money wines in the world.
