Bodegas La Magdalena Vega Moragona

Vega Moragona La Magdalena is a cooperative in Castilla-La Mancha located in the southeast of the province of Cuenca. It was founded in 1958 by 60 local producers and now has around 290 members. It has a vineyard area of over 1,400 hectares, producing around 8,000 tons of grapes, planted with noble varieties such as Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Macabeo.

The terroir of Ribera del Jucar, where the depth of the soil and the layer of pebbles covering it allow the grapes to ripen optimally and uniformly, providing exceptional quality raw materials for winemaking. The Vega Moragona La Magdalena winery has modern winemaking facilities and a cellar with 250 barrels. The wines are kept until they reach optimal development.
