Virgin of the Assumption Winery
Bodega Virgen de la Asunción, founded in 1957, is a cooperative that brings together some of the best winegrowers in the region, who cultivate small plots in the "Triangulo de oro" (Golden Triangle) of Ribera Del Duero, Spain.

All of Bodega Virgen de la Asunción's production comes from its own vineyards, located in La Horra, covering a total area of 450 hectares. The vines are particularly suited to the cultivation of "Reservas" and "Crianzas" wines. Ribera de Duero wines are considered to be of high quality due to the meticulous care given to the mature vines, and are even considered to be the best of the "denominación de origen."

The wines of Bodega Virgen de la Asunción are gently and quickly pressed, fermented, and aged in oak barrels before being bottled. This method, used by Bodega Virgen de la Asunción, produces very pure, aromatic, and natural wines that are highly appreciated by wine lovers.
