\r\n \r\nThe Assisi Rosso vineyards are planted in the green hills, forests and mountains that characterize the Umbrian landscape. The combination of this terroir with Mediterranean climatic influences is particularly conducive to local grape varieties, although growers also use grapes from outside the region. Assisi Rosso, for example, is essentially made with Sangiovese and Merlot. \r\n \r\nAs its name suggests,Assisi Rosso is a deep ruby-red wine. It's best drunk young, or even as a primeur. It offers a fine balance of tannins and freshness.
A découvrir !
