A 17th-century farm, Tenuta di Sticciano continues a winemaking tradition dating back at least 200 years. It is in this same cellar that Sangiovese, Tuscany's king of grape varieties, is aged, along with the estate's other wines.
Alessio Miliotti and his family work the vines and terroirs with great care: most of the Tenuta di Sticciano vineyard is cultivated organically, exceeding even the requirements for certification. In the cellar, Tenuta di Sticciano uses modern winemaking systems to minimize the use of sulfites.
Tenuta di Sticciano mainly produces Chianti and IGT Toscana wines, but also olive oil, grappa, and honey.
