Apulia
Nestled in the "heel" of Italy, the region of the Apulia has the ideal climate for viticulture: rainy winters and hot, dry summers. Known for its abundant production, Puglia accounts for nearly a quarter of the country's wine output.
Visit Apulia are divided into 5 wine-growing regions, each distinguished by its grape variety and soil.
Puglia produces mainly red wine with varieties such as Primitivo, Negroamaro or Nero di Troia, but also white wine with Bianco d'Alessano, Bonbino Bianco and Fiano.
