Rosso Conero
The Conero promontory is an exceptional environment for growing red grapes. They benefit from a unique microclimate, with the sea just a stone's throw away, combined with poor but structurally rich limestone soil, allowing for an original expression in the wines produced.
Rosso Conero was one of the first wines to obtain the designation of origin by decree of the President of the Republic on July 21, 1967. Since 2004, the Riserva label can be added to the DOCG, with the name Conero DOCG.
This appellation produces some magnificent red wines, including those offered by Domaine Lanari.

"The 2008 Conero Riserva Fibbio is a 100% Montepulciano aged in French oak. Flowers, spices and new leather come out of the glass, adding deep expression to the complexity of the red fruit. Fibbio is the estate's finest cuvée. A unique blend of Montepulciano. A supple, full-bodied Rosso Conero Riserva, rich with an extra-vertiginous edge. A beautiful wine with notes of pepper, clove and tobacco, subtle and very elegant, balanced and harmonious. It has it all!
