Le Domaine Solaria est situé à Montalcino, au coeur de la Toscane, et dirigé par Patrizia Cencioni.
Le vignoble du Domaine Solaria bénéficie d'un microclimat unique permettant aux raisins Sangiovese Grosso d'atteindre une maturité parfaite : il situé sur un plateau naturel sur le côté en pente sud-est de la colline de Montalcino où, de l'aube au crépuscule, les vignes sont idéalement exposés à la chaleur du soleil.
Au Domaine Solaria, le cépage Sangiovese est utilisé pour produire des vins de Brunelloet Rosso di Montalcino, et les cépages Sangiovese et Cabernet sont utilisés pour la production de Solarianne, la cuvée très "ensoleillée" du domaine.
Un vin issu du cépage Sangiovese né sur des sols argileux et très caillouteux, dont l'expression est tous simplement superbe. Une robe rubis profond, un nez très intense, sur des arômes variétal, et une bouche aux tanins subtils, chaleureux... Tout y est pour un maximum de plaisir !
