Domaine du Pélican
Domaine du Pélican is a young Jura estate owned by François Duvivier (also the manager) and François d'Angerville (also owner of the eponymous estate in Volnay).
The Burgundian influence is very much present in the wines of Domaine du Pélican, which excels at producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as Savagnin and Poulsard.
Domaine du Pélican produces wine on its own terroirs, some of which were planted in 2001, but also works as a tenant on the vineyards of the famous Jacques Puffeney.
