"Wilted Savagnin and Savagnin under veil in a balanced duo".
An original and interesting blend of Savagnin ouillé and Savagnin sous voile, offering a gentle approach to the typicity of Jura wines. The oxidative side of wines aged under veil is less expressive, resulting in a very well-balanced wine. The nose is enchanting, with notes of raw shortbread and butter. On the palate, spices such as curry are accompanied by a pleasant freshness.
