Pale, golden hues for this yellow wine with notes of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds) on the nose, with hints of beeswax, butter, warm blueberry tart and marzipan. Florale, a Côtes du Jura with an attractive golden color, presents a fine, fresh bouquet, slightly peppery, with hints of fruit jelly and scents of apple pie with cinnamon and nougatine. This olfactory indulgence is accompanied by freshness and minerality on the elegant palate, with subtle aromas of white flowers, apricot and crushed stone, and a hint of bitterness on the walnut finish.

Here's Chalasse, a white that stands out a little from the traditional, typical Côtes du Jura whites: still expressive, it's more accessible to all on the palate than its compatriots. An expressive nose, with notes of butter and cream, fruit (peach), white flowers (lime blossom) and nuts. Round and fluid on the palate, with gourmet hints of apricot and peach, followed by long-lasting notes of Canada apples and marzipan. A cuvée to discover without delay!
