Domaine des Ronces
Founded in the southern Jura vineyards in 1950 by Georges Mazier, the Domaine des Ronces covers 6 hectares of organic vineyards (certified in 2013, biodynamic since 2014).

3 generations have succeeded one another at Domaine des Ronces, and they have always been attached to the family know-how, reflected in their delicious Côtes du Jura, in the image of their terroir.

Domaine des Ronces is now run by Kevin Mazier, who has obtained Demeter certification for the estate.

Florale, a Côtes du Jura with an attractive golden color, presents a fine, fresh bouquet, slightly peppery, with hints of fruit jelly and scents of apple pie with cinnamon and nougatine. This olfactory indulgence is accompanied by freshness and minerality on the elegant palate, with subtle aromas of white flowers, apricot and crushed stone, and a hint of bitterness on the walnut finish.

Here's Chalasse, a white that stands out a little from the traditional, typical Côtes du Jura whites: still expressive, it's more accessible to all on the palate than its compatriots. An expressive nose, with notes of butter and cream, fruit (peach), white flowers (lime blossom) and nuts. Round and fluid on the palate, with gourmet hints of apricot and peach, followed by long-lasting notes of Canada apples and marzipan. A cuvée to discover without delay!
