Les Crus Faugères - Mas Olivier

Mas Olivier is a property operated by the Les Crus Faugères cooperative winery, located in Faugères in the Hérault department.

The Mas Olivier vineyard enjoys a Mediterranean climate with optimal sunshine and occasional heavy rains, which are conducive to the healthy development of the vines. In addition, these two elements combine with highly permeable schist soils that store the heat of the day and release it at night to the vines.

As with all the cooperative's estates, Mas Olivier wines are carefully tended to meet high quality standards, resulting in fragrant, silky, supple wines with beautiful minerality, closely reflecting the terroir.
