Mas Olivier is a property run by the Cave Coopérative Les Crus Faugères, located in Faugères, Hérault.

The Mas Olivier vineyard benefits from a Mediterranean climate with plenty of sunshine and occasional heavy rainfall, ideal for vine growth. What's more, these two factors are combined with highly permeable schistose soils that store up heat during the day and release it at night at the foot of the vines.

As with all the cooperative's estates, Mas Olivier wines are carefully crafted to meet the highest quality standards, producing wines that are fragrant, silky, supple and nuanced with a beautiful minerality, as close as possible to the terroir.
