"Syrah and Grenache Noir are on the menu for this top-of-the-range cuvée, whose nose bears the hallmark of long barrel ageing (18 months). The fruit (red berries) and violets express themselves more freely in a palate of good volume, well structured by firm tannins and refreshed by a touch of eucalyptus on the finish. Espérance 2019 expresses ripe fruit aromas on the nose (raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries), with hints of garrigue and spicy touches (vanilla, pepper). Silky-smooth and refined on the palate. This red is the perfect accompaniment to tuna tartare or grilled red meat... A generous, full-bodied cuvée!
