The fruit (red berries) and violets express themselves more freely in a palate of good volume, well structured by firm tannins and refreshed by a touch of eucalyptus on the finish. Espérance 2019 expresses ripe fruit aromas on the nose (raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries), with hints of garrigue and spicy touches (vanilla, pepper). The palate is silky, refined and smooth. This red is the perfect accompaniment to tuna tartare or grilled red meat... A generous, full-bodied cuvée!
