This Cour-Cheverny is a very fine, well-balanced dry wine that expresses all the richness and character of Romorantin, where it is produced. It offers a deep, complex nose of thyme and rhubarb, quite mineral, with a straightforward, fresh and powerful attack on the palate, citrus notes and a balanced finish with great length. A beautiful vintage!

About the estate:
Vincent Hayer, who served as the estate's operations manager for nearly 20 years, became the property manager in 2020. The estate, formerly part of Château de Troussay, converted to organic farming in 2012 and biodynamic farming in 2015. Owned by the highly committed Chevrier family, the estate covers 30 hectares divided between Cour-Cheverny and Cheverny, with some very old Sauvignon vines in particular.
