Domaine Bruno Cormerais

Domaine Bruno Cormerais
Visit Domaine Bruno Cormerais has been located in St-Lumine-de-Clisson for 4 generations. Bruno, the founder, decided to take over the small 7-hectare family estate in 1971. Accompanied by his wife, the 2 of them turned the estate around. In 2009, Maxime, Bruno's son, moved in with his parents, after having worked there for several years.

Here, viticulture is a great passion! Domaine Bruno Cormerais vines, ranging in age from 30 to 70 years, are grown on a geological fault known as the Granite de Clisson. Great importance is attached to minimizing the use of treatment products and preserving the soil. The farm was awarded the "Haute Valeur Environnementale" label in 2019.

When it comes to winemaking, respect for the terroir is the guiding principle. Domaine Bruno Cormerais produces several cuvées of Muscadet sur lie, and when optimal conditions are present, exceptional cuvées of Muscadet-Sèvre-et-Maine are born.

"An elegant cuvée with great finesse and potential".

"Aged over 3 years in vats, this Clisson reveals its complexity around delicate floral notes of vine peach and orange blossom. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fresh, with great finesse, elegance and balance. It's a wine full of tension, vibrant and full-bodied, already remarkable but also endowed with great potential. Best served with a choice dish, such as monkfish tail in chorizo sauce". (Le Guide Hachette 2025).

"A lovely Muscadet with superb finesse, we love its delicacy and low price".

"With its very fresh floral notes, lively fruit and intensity, this very pretty Sèvre-et-Maine, aged for a long time and now perfectly ripe, is superb in its finesse. We fall for its freshness, its round, greedy structure, its balance and its persistence around ripe fruit, candied lemon and pineapple. It's a credit to the appellation, and deserves a dish of its own, such as lobster, spider crab in jelly or baked Saint-Pierre". (Le Guide Hachette 2025).
