The density of the fruit and the exceptional length of this cuvée win you over.
About the domain :
Michèle Mallard-Etchegaray, daughter of the founder, handed over the reins of the 52-hectare estate to her sons, Vincent and Hervé, in 2010. The cellar, dug into the hard limestone, houses all the estate's old vintages produced since 1950. A sure bet.
