Domaine de la Croix
Visit Domaine de la Croixlocated on the peninsula between the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Bay of Cavalaire, has been a Cru Classé Côtes de Provence since 1955. It is the largest of the classified vineyards, with 110 hectares of HVE-certified vines plunging into the sea.

Domaine de la Croix originates from the village of La Croix Valmer, located at the foot of the Maures massif. This massif confers clay and sandy schist soils, allowing the vines to burrow deep, giving greater complexity to the wines. Focused on pleasure and freshness, the range includes all three colors, with both accessible and more complex cuvées, overseen by Michel Rolland. All retain the Mediterranean influence evoked by a saline finish. Since the takeover by the Bolloré Group in 2000,

Domaine de la Croix continues its quest for excellence and precision, notably with the construction of an ultra-modern cellar, dug to a depth of 8 meters to preserve the beauty of the site and guarantee greater control in the elaboration of their wines.

This 100% Rolle shines with freshness and minerality. The Mediterranean, at the edge of the vineyards, adds a saline finish. With exotic fruit flavors and a hint of vanilla, it's the perfect accompaniment to roasted scallops and Mediterranean fish in olive oil.
