Garde Temps Estate
The Domaine Garde Temps, located in Provence, is owned by the Tardieu-Laurentwine merchant. Dominique Laurent oversees the vinification of wines sold under the estate's label, while Michel Tardieu, a connoisseur of the Rhône Valley and passionate about authentic wines with character, scours the Rhône vineyards in search of the best raw materials.

Today, Michel Tardieu is solely in charge of the wine merchant business, and he has patiently and sustainably built relationships of trust with many of the most remarkable winegrowers in each appellation. As a result, particular attention is paid to the quality of the grapes, which are produced with total respect for the terroirs and in harmony with the vines. Among the estates he manages is Domaine Garde Temps, in the Côtes de Provence appellation, which bears the name of the very first complicated watches called "Garde Temps" and belongs to a Swiss watchmaker. The Domaine Garde Temps rosé, made from old vines over 50 years old, is produced above all for the refreshing pleasure it provides.
