Bettane & Desseauve
"The finest expression of the noble terroir of Provence".
"Easy-drinking, supple and beautifully fruity, 2023 Rosé Rose Gold is a classically styled Provençal rosé. Fresh pear, peach, apricot and spice are all lifted by delicately proportioned, well-balanced acidity, finishing with an explosion of sweet cherries and salinity. A very pleasant wine." (Vinous 2024)

Wine rated (Guide 2025) 1*Star (Very successful wine)
About the wine:
Shaped by Grenache (80%), this golden apricot cuvée shines with a spontaneous bouquet of yellow peach, nectarine, persimmon and elderflower. A good disposition that carries through to a full, sappy, round palate, energized by a fresh finish. An expressive, full-bodied rosé that will go well with a bouillabaisse.

Note and review by M. GILLES D. Published on 11/09/2024
Full of fruit and freshness, the palate is layered: first lively, then soft and round, and finally spicy, with a line of deliciously gourmand and acidic flavors, in this case red fruit, apricot, citrus and especially lime, which add volume to the whole and dynanism to the fine, light structure. A long, vibrant finish with a touch of saline refreshment invites you to renew your tasting experience, from aperitif to gourmet cuisine. Elegant flakiness. Well-crafted and good Q/P ratio. This chic rosé was paired with Mediterranean sea bass carpaccio and crab remoulade with Espelette pepper. Score = 4 2.
