Clos du Mont-Olivet
The Clos du Mont-Olivet, founded in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in 1932 by Séraphin Sabon, is now run by his great-grandchildren Céline, David, and Thierry Sabon. A leading name in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, its wines have become one of the appellation's most reliable values.

The Clos du Mont-Olivet vineyard covers an area of 48 hectares and is divided into a variety of different soils, with the vines cultivated using sustainable farming methods. The Clos Mont-Olivet Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines sought after by connoisseurs are produced in a southern style, but always with a focus on finesse and elegance. These wines have great aging potential and reveal their full character over time. They are produced in the purest Châteauneuf-du-Pape tradition. Capable of aging for many years, these wines will improve with time.

In the meantime,Clos Mont-Olivet also produces beautifully crafted wines in the Lirac, Côtes-du-Rhône, and Vin de Pays du Gard appellations. The estate also produces some excellent white wines!
