The estate Mas Des Volques is located at the foot of the Cévennes mountains, in the village of Aigremont. Since 2010, the Mas des Volques left the cooperative system to create its own cuvées. Today, the 4th generation, led by Nicolas Souchon, is at the head of the estate. After gaining experience at other wineries in France and abroad, he returned to the family estate in 2010.

Mas des Volques extends over 18 hectares, which are cultivated using integrated viticulture, borrowing from organic and biodynamic farming practices. The vines grow on a limestone and marl terroir. Mas des Volques produces AOP Duché d'Uzès and IGP Cévennes wines.

"The red range begins with the classic Esus, Duché d'Uzès 2016 composed largely of Syrah but also Grenache (30%), Cinsault (15%) and Carignan (10%).
