Les Pallières Estate
Domaine Les Pallières is a superb vineyard nestled in the Dentelles de Montmirail mountains in the Rhône Valley. It covers 25 hectares and was masterfully planted by the Hilarion Roux family in the heart of a north-west facing Mediterranean forest. In 1998, the Brunier brothers and Kermit Lynch seized the opportunity to become the owners of this superb site planted with Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Clairette, and Bourboulenc, thus sealing a partnership that began more than 20 years earlier with the importation of the first cases of Vieux Télégraphe to the United States.

The first few years were naturally devoted to restoring the vineyard at Domaine Les Pallières. Four years later, the new winery was built, where they scrupulously adhered to their philosophy of receiving grapes by gravity and where the production of each plot could finally receive specific care, given their diverse characteristics.

The style of Domaine Les Pallières has now been established. It was imposed on them by the landscape, by the influence of this very special exposure, by the limestone scree that has descended from the foothills of the Dentelles, mixed with the sandy clay soil in which the roots of a very old vineyard draw their resources. With a style that is both rugged and elegant, warm and mineral, Domaine Les Pallières produc , a Gigondas wine that is perfect for aging.
