Domaine Les Pallières is a superb 25-hectare vineyard clinging to the back of the Dentelles de Montmirail in the Rhône Valley, masterfully planted by the Hilarion Roux family in the middle of a northwest-facing Mediterranean forest. It was in 1998 that brothers Brunier and Kermit Lynch had the opportunity and decided to become owners of this superb site, planted with Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Clairette and Bourboulenc grapes, thus sealing a partnership that had begun more than 20 years earlier, when the first cases of Vieux Télégraphe were imported into the United States.
