A pleasant aromatic palette with Marsanne revealing notes of medlar and almonds, typical of granite, with woodiness that respects the fruit. Roussanne brings amplitude and depth to a finely coated palate, with bitter notes that stand out and give fullness. Please note that quantities are limited.

Rated estate (2021 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking and, as such, all the estates listed in it, even those without stars, represent, in our opinion, the excellence of French production.)

About the estate:

The estate is located in Chavanay, in the hamlet of La Ribaudy, the birthplace of the Faury family. Lionel Faury cultivates 18 hectares in the Condrieu, Saint-Joseph, Côte-Rôtie, and IGP Collines Rhodaniennes appellations. We particularly enjoyed the Saint-Joseph wines from recent vintages, which prove that the northern part of the appellation has real potential.
