" It's hard to believe that an entry-level wine from a Roussillon estate can be this good. The 2017 Cuvée Constance shows a bit of the herbaceous side of Carignan, but here it adds just a bit of freshness and gives way to raspberry aromas while bringing notes of roses and tea leaves. It's medium- to full-bodied with silky yet firm tannins that suggest a few years to mellow, and plenty of length on the finish." (Wine Advocate 2019)

A fresh, lively Roussillon red with crushed berries and light chocolate, as well as orange and lemon zest. Medium body, fine tannins and a pure finish. Grenache and Carignan. For drinking or cellaring.

Excellent Q/P ratio, powerful, spicy and fruity, don't hesitate to open it 30 minutes before serving.

A fine terroir wine, a perfect blend of Grenache and Carignan, with a well-tempered character in a deep, intense style of ripe black fruit, mixed with notes of smoke, licorice and spices. The whole is built on virile, yet elegant and round tannins. In its ideal tasting range, it leaves a surprisingly fine, full-bodied feel on the palate, despite its 15% weight, which is by no means a source of heaviness. Consistent in quality, "Constance" has also become a virtually tasting and benchmark Roussillon cuvée, and at a very affordable price at that. Score of 3.9. Tasted with farm rabbit with saupiquet.
