Gauby Estate
Domaine Gauby, located northwest of Perpignan, covers approximately 85 hectares, including 45 hectares of vines that are up to 120 years old, and 40 hectares of meadows, oak forests, and scrubland with an incredibly unique aromatic complexity. The environment remains largely unspoiled, wild, arid, steep, and hilly, sitting on terroirs composed of limestone, marl, and schist.

At Gauby, the work consists of respecting the environment, taking nature as an ally, leaving aside chemicals and synthetic products and using "homemade" preparations based on plants (more than twenty) and other natural products such as essential oils, compost, etc. At Domaine Gauby, the grapes are harvested by hand, and careful, traditional winemaking techniques are used to extract the quintessence of the terroirs and seek elegance and freshness in the wines, with the aim of preserving their natural balance.

Domaine Gauby produces racy, structured, and elegant Côtes du Roussillon Villages red wines with great aging potential for the grand cuvées, as well as Vins de Pays des Côtes Catalanes white wines that express superb aromatic freshness. Gauby wines are essential references for lovers of Roussillon "Grands Crus."
