Domaine Gauby
At Gauby, our work consists of respecting the environment, taking nature as our ally, putting aside chemical and synthetic products and using "homemade" preparations based on plants (more than twenty) and other natural products such as essential oils, compost... At Domaine Gauby, the grapes are harvested by hand, and careful, traditional vinification is used to bring out the quintessence of the terroirs and to seek elegance and freshness in the wines, the aim being to preserve the natural balance.
Domaine Gauby produces racy, well-structured, elegant Côtes du Roussillon Villages reds, with strong ageing potential in the great vintages, as well as Vins de Pays des Côtes Catalanes, which express superb aromatic freshness in the whites. Gauby wines are a must for lovers of Roussillon "Grands Crus".
