Domaine Renardat-Fache
The Renardat Fache family has been growing grapes for more than eight generations. Living in the small village of Mérignat, where vines have been grown since the Middle Ages, the Renardat Fache family also cultivated fruits such as apples, walnuts, cherries, and strawberries.
From generation to generation, the vineyard has grown and now covers 12.5 hectares in the Bugey Cerdon AOP, managed by their son Elie and his wife Christelle. The Renardat Fache estate has been certified organic by Ecocert FR-BIO-01 since 2012. A Bugey cru, Cerdon is a low-alcohol sparkling rosé wine (8% ABV) made from Gamay and Poulsard grapes using traditional methods.
