Cave des Vignerons de Tursan
La Cave des Vignerons de Tursan, a cooperative founded in 1958, today groups together 150 winegrowers from the Landes region, who work 500 ha of vines and vinify 95% of the Tursan PDO appellation. Two other appellations are also cultivated using a sustainable approach: IGP Landes and IGP Chalosse.

Many grape varieties are planted on the clay-limestone soils of Tursan: Cabernet Franc, Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon and others for reds and rosés; Baroque, Gros Manseng, Sauvignon Blanc and others for whites. The soils may also contain silt and gravel, tawny sand and rolled pebbles.

Cuvées are vinified and aged in vats or barrels for between 4 and 18 months, depending on the freshness and complexity sought in the winemaking process.

"An authentic cuvée structured around Gros Manseng, with a small half of Baroque to anchor it firmly in the appellation. It has a complex, elegant nose, first of yellow flowers, then apricot. Gourmet, it is round and fresh on the palate, with a long finish. A lovely wine for a meal". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2022). To be discovered!
