"Favorite for its first vintage, 2018, the date of the estate's creation, Alexis Boucard continues to stand out. His aptly named Cuvée N °1, made from venerable Cabernet Franc vines rooted in clay and silica soils, is presented in a deep red outfit with violet highlights, worthy of haute couture. On aeration, dazzling aromas of red and black fruits flatter the nose. On the palate, this radiant Bourgueil is full-bodied, ample and suave, infused with strawberry and cherry flavors. A full-bodied, generous wine that's already very tasty, and will remain so for several years to come. (Le Guide Hachette 2025).
