Bodega del Rio Elorza, a vineyard in northern Patagonia, selects the best lots for Verum cuvées. This 45-hectare estate, situated at an altitude of 300 metres, is run under sustainable viticulture by internationally renowned figures Hans Vinding-Diers and Agustín Lombroni.
