Château Lagrange Monbadon

Château Lagrange Monbadon is located in the commune of Monbadon-Puisseguin, around 40 kilometers from Bordeaux, nestled at the foot of the feudal castle of Monbadon.

Adjacent to the village church built in the 11th century, the 30-hectare vineyard of Château Lagrange Monbadon sits on clay-limestone soil resting in many places on a rocky base, giving the wine produced there its sap, color, and suppleness.

Viticulture is carefully controlled, particularly in terms of yields, and benefits from the most natural care possible. Château Lagrange Monbadon has been in the process of converting to organic farming since September 2009.
